SHIPS IN AROUND 7 DAYS
The machine, which has been named the Armiga, is a beautiful piece of modern technology. It’s built around a modern Dual Core ARM CPU, that plays together with the custom made floppy controller. This is the key of the machine: the developers have created their own controller, able of reading Amiga disks, decode them and make them available for executing. Sounds simple, right?
The Armiga aims to emulate both the Amiga 500 with 1MB of RAM and Amiga 1200 with 2MB of RAM as close as possible to the original machines. And most importantly, for you not to get your hands dirty.
The Armiga will not boot from floppy disk and does not support original games which have copy protection systems. The Armiga reads and dumps the floppies into .adf files*** and you can just drag'n'drop ADF disks to the USB drive.
